Following digestive distress and a leaky gut diagnosis,
BFF's founder Sameera was encouraged to
eliminate gluten, dairy
and refined sugar.
Having always been a keen cook and baker, Sameera took to her favourite apron and began experimenting.
Her creations were able to satisfy her cravings and
her wish is for others to be free to make the
right choice for their
bodies.

By using almond flour and/or gluten free flour blend, BFF produces products where there is no compromise on taste, texture, appearance & quality.
Free range eggs, almond milk, coconut milk and coconut cream are sourced to produce our treats.
Coconut blossom sugar, honey, dates and fruit are used to naturally sweeten the products.
Our premium Chocolate Hazelnut Spread & Belgian Waffles have been certified by locally and internationally accredited labs to be gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.

Deacadent chocolate brownies - moist, light & fluffy topped with a caramel sauce and flaked almonds. SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING. This product freezes beautifully, pop one …or two out of the freezer the night before or whizz it up in the microwave for a few seconds. Ideal for lunchboxes. Or you can eat them like me … I just wait a few minutes and devour them frozen & fudgy (often after an exercise workout with a tall mug of Matcha).
Everyone loves waffles. BFF Belgian waffles are absolutely delicious, versatile, light and airy. A must for your freezer. Heating instructions are on the label. WARNING - these waffles are addictive.
